We have updated the currently supported releases: 4.3.10, 4.4.6, 4.5.2 are available including bug fixes and the latest component updates.

Note that 4.3.10 is the last patch for the 4.3.x line, make sure to upgrade to receive bug fixes and security updates for your installations.
